PassEdge is committed to protecting the privacy of both the licensee (client) and the licensee’s customer data. PassEdge services do not collect information about individuals, such as names and mailing or e-mail addresses, unless the individual using PassEdge knowingly provides it. By using the PassEdge website, PassEdge App or related services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the PassEdge Privacy Policy. The PassEdge Privacy Policy is outlined below.
PassEdge policy on collecting information on the PassEdge Services
PassEdge Client Portal
When you purchase services from PassEdge online, we need to know your name, billing and shipping addresses, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card information to process your order. Your credit card information will be used only as needed to process your transaction.
PassEdge Customer App
When a customer uses the PassEdge App on behalf of the licensee’s organization they will asked to provide Gateway Ticketing’s eGalaxy login information in order for the app to authenticate the customer. This information may include the customer’s email, password, and member number or order id.
PassEdge policy on the use and disclosure of the information it collects on the PassEdge Website
PassEdge uses the customer information provide from the PassEdge App for client purposes, such as, analyzing trends and collecting statistics. PassEdge may also compile and provide aggregate statistics about, app usage, customer engagement, and other related app information, but these statistics will not include any personally identifying information.
We do not sell our customer information. If a customer does not want to have their information used in this way, send an e-mail message containing the customer’s email address, member number and or order id to support@passedgeapp.com.
If you have provided us with your e-mail or postal mailing address, we may send you communications in order to inform you of enhancements or fixes related to PassEdge that we believe may be of interest to you, or to alert you about sales or other promotional offerings. If you do not want us to use your e-mail address to contact you for these purposes, you may send an e-mail message containing your name and postal address to support@passedgeapp.com, or simply opt out of the e-mail communication that you receive.
Linking
PassEdge may include links to websites operated by third parties over which we have no control. Once you leave the PassEdge Website, the PassEdge Privacy Policy will not apply, and you access such sites at your own risk.
Security
PassEdge secure server software uses industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. SSL encodes your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, as it travels over the Internet so that all transactions are secure. If you prefer, you may also sign up for services with PassEdge by phone at 303.370.xxxx, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (Mountain Time) Monday-Friday.
